1. Studio Rental Bookings
1.1. Booking Confirmation
– Bookings for the photography studio are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A booking confirmation will be sent via email.
1.2. Cancellation Policy
– More than 72 hours before booking date: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking date will receive a full refund.
– Between 72 and 24 hours before booking date: Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
– Less than 24 hours before booking date: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking date are non-refundable.
1.3. Rescheduling Policy
– More than 72 hours before booking date: Rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours before the booking date are allowed without any additional fee, subject to availability.
– Less than 72 hours before booking date: Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the booking date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
1.4. No-Show Policy
– If you do not show up for your studio booking without prior notice, the booking fee is non-refundable.
2. Equipment Rental

– Rental of photography equipment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and any required security deposit. A rental confirmation will be sent via email.

2.3. Early Returns
– If you return the rented equipment before the end of the rental period, no refund will be provided for the unused rental days.

– Late returns will incur additional charges based on the daily rental rate. These charges will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the payment method on file.

– Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Customers are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period.
– If equipment is returned damaged or not in full working order, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If the security deposit is insufficient, the customer will be billed for the remaining balance.
